Shipping

For premade items already in stock, orders will typically ship within 1-3 business days.

Most of my products, however, are made-to-order. This allows me to customize each piece exactly to your preferences. Made-to-order items may take up to 3-6 weeks to complete and ship. Because some flower supplies are seasonal, we will communicate with the buyer to come to an agreement for substitutions or postponed delivery.

All payments must be processed before an item will be made and shipped.

The buyer will receive tracking information for all packages once shipped. Rush shipping is available for an extra fee.

We do not ship outside of the continental United States. We apologize for the inconvenience.

For customers in our local area, we like to conduct business face to face as much as possible, so please contact us if you'd like to arrange a personal delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Since each item is custom-made there will be no refunds with the exception of lost packages, or an item arriving damaged. However, I want you to be happy with the item you are purchasing and will work with you to create something you know you are going to love.

If the piece you order does not appear to be what you had in mind, I would like to fix any and all problems you might have (within reason)--but all issues must be presented within 3 days of receiving your item.  If the issue is not resolved within 3 days due to lack of communication with you, the buyer, I will not be able to accept the return.

Disclaimer

Almost all of my pieces are created on a made-to-order basis and there are many variables that affect the outcome of handmade work. I work very hard to produce quality work that will last. Depending on the raw materials at hand, there may be variations between the finished product and with the depictions online and in photos. This is to be expected with seasonal and ever-changing flower supplies.

There are many factors which may reduce the longevity or damage the products. These factors include but are not limited to, water, moisture, humidity, extreme heat and/or cold, cosmetic products, regular wear, and abuse.
